Daren is an experienced Civil Enforcement professional, with 37 years of working at senior executive level within the industry. He provides effective and efficient recovery solutions in all areas of enforcement. Daren’s record of innovation and challenging common practices within the industry to maximise results for clients, is second to none.

Daren’s areas of expertise are, Commercial Rent Arrears Recovery, High Court Enforcement, Certificated Bailiffs, Civil Enforcement, Pre Litigation Solutions, and Tracing & Process Serving.

A successful entrepreneur and founding director of High Court Writ Recovery, Daren is responsible for overall growth strategy.

Daren is a member of the Civil Enforcement Association – CIVEA.

Wayne Whitford

Executive Director

Wayne is a seasoned enforcement professional, with over 30 years’ experience within the Enforcement and Debt Collection sector. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Credit Management (FCICM) and top 500 credit industry.

Wayne’s areas of expertise are High Court Enforcement, Commercial Rent Arrears now known as CRAR and other enforcement routines, including Local Authority Revenues and Parking.

Wayne is a judicial specialist providing innovative recovery solutions for both Commercial and Consumer partners alike. He is also a Member of British Parking Association MBPA and the Association of Credit Professionals FACP.

Kelly Cookson

Director – High Court Enforcement Officer

Kelly is an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer (HCEO) and has been involved in the enforcement industry for nearly 20 years.

Kelly has been active in all areas of the High Court Enforcement. She has worked closely with the Enforcement Agents in the field to raise the educational standards of enforcement. Alongside this, Kelly has been the main support for the in-house team, implementing and streamlining procedures and strategies for business growth and improvements.

Kelly has been heavily involved with the engagement on enforcement software design, strategic planning, client relations, complaints and business growth and improvements.

A mother of three children, Kelly has several degrees and diplomas and currently on the pathway for a Masters in Psychology.

Malcolm Davies

Director – Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer

Malcolm was a Sheriff’s Officer for many years covering Northumberland, Tyne & Wear, Newcastle upon Tyne and Berwick upon Tweed. In addition to being an Authorised High Court Enforcement Officer and Certificated Enforcement Agent, Malcolm is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx).

Adele Whitehurst

Head of Client Account Management

Adele has over 27 years’ experience in client service management roles. She has previously been the Senior Account Manager for one of the largest court enforcement companies. Recently, Adele has been Head of Client Services for a leading company in High Court enforcement.

Adele’s skills include building and maintaining strong client relationships, leading teams to provide a high level of customer service, training and development and promoting best practice.

Her main responsibilities include helping to ensure the company continues to fully understand its client’s needs and to manage the High Court Enforcement team.
